The larger of our two villas, Casa del Barco accommodates 4 people in 2 large bedrooms, one king and one twin. It has one of the biggest and most private terraces on Casas del Sol with built-in barbeque and top quality furniture plus lots of space in the sun and shade, with new retractable wind breaks for use when necessary. The garden of the villa has beautiful, colourful bougainvillea and cactus which give it a tropical feel.
Casa del Barco has a retro feel with SMEG toaster, kettle and fridge freezer. There is a dishwasher, free wifi, air-conditioning, a new kitchen with granite worktops and a comfortable lounge area with curved 40" SMART TV to watch UK TV or the built-in hard-drive with numerous extra programmes (box sets such as "Breaking Bad", hundreds of movies, stand-up comedy shows and even a workout if you are feeling energetic).
We think the villa has the best of both worlds, a relaxed atmosphere, but with all the modern appliances to help make everyone's life easier whilst on holiday.
Our 2 villas are very close to each other, in our favourite part of the complex, which makes it convenient, but still allows a bit of privacy. There is a telephone in each villa which means we can contact the rest of the family for free when they are on holiday with us and we feel this is a bonus for any other families or friends who may want to do the same by renting both villas.
We supply custom-made Egyptian cotton towels, beach towels, waffle dressing gowns and crisp, white, custom-made bed-linen to add the final touch of luxury to the experience.

Price:
The price for 2 people per week in 2023 is £850, in 2024 it is £950. (From 19/12/2023).
The price for a 3rd or 4th person is an additional £70 per person, per week.
Please note during the high season, Christmas to Easter, check-in day is Thursday.
Outside of the high season we can be more flexible. Please contact us if you would like a different check-in day.
